Kuttner Collins completed the design for a PC2 level facility for UNSW requiring Mechanical and Lab Gas Services. The Mechanical included new air-conditioning to provide the necessary conditions for a PC2 Laboratory including make-up air for fume cupboards and fume cupboard exhausts. The gas services for the project included Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide, Carbogen and Vacuum and Compressed Air. A new Gas monitoring and alarm system was installed to manage the gases and provide safety shut off.
