Sydney Adventist Hospital - Wahroonga

Kuttner Collins designed all mechanical services for the new $200 million Clark Tower including operating theaters, wards and support spaces. A key feature was the central energy plant and master planning of the mechanical services for the whole Wahroonga campus. the first of five buildings has now been integrated with the central plan producing excellent economics and payback.

Over the subsequent period of 3 years, KCP has overseen specialty laboratory construction, hybrid theatre upgrades, tenancy fit-outs and patient area expansion of Sydney Adventist hospital. KCP consulted on the design, installation and compliance of air filters, heating and cooling systems, supply and exhaust fans, BMS and more.

KCP are currently working on the upgrade of the CSSD to comply with the latest Australian Standard AS4187.
